Makoro Brick Project

BOBS Certified Clay Brick Excellence

Makoro Brick & Tile is certified by the Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS). Our clay brick range meets the BOBS 28 standard for shape, appearance, texture, colour and strength. Bricks are manufactured to precise dimensions of 222 mm in length, 106 mm in width and 73 mm in height, with minimal tolerances to ensure structural consistency. These specifications help maintain quality, safety and peace of mind for all end users. Each square meter of walling requires approximately 54 bricks.

Customers can request BOBS-certified bricks directly through our convenient online quote system. This ensures that builders and homeowners can specify the exact brick standard required for their project, while receiving quick feedback and tailored support from our sales team. For additional planning, the integrated brick calculator at the bottom of this page makes it easy to estimate the quantity of bricks needed for any walling project, helping to save both time and costs.
